  • Challenge: First ground-up development project for sophisticated private investor. Working plans and liquor license through coastal commercial. Heavily restricted trade under coastal commission and liquor license moratorium.
  • Result: Leases secured for 50% of project and actively negotiating on remaining project 6 months prior to completion. Secured flagship Qwench coffee & juice concept. Entire retail portion under contract with National credit tenant.
