  • 2018: Represented seller & buyer in disposition of multi-tenant, 17,462 SF, property on 5th Avenue. Sold for $19.85M

LEASING

  • Task: Secure anchor type retail tenants on then a fringe Gaslamp corner in 1999.
  • Challenge: Fifth Avenue was still very much a night-time restaurant destination. Very little non-tourist oriented street retail downtown at the time, outside of Horton Plaza
  • Result: Secured flagship Urban Outfitters and Ghiradelli. Upon initial opening, it was the highest volume Urban Outfitters stores & they ultimately expanded within 5 years.
