LEASING

  • Task: Lease 19,000 SF in ground floor retail of a luxury mixed-use project in a transitioning neighborhood.
  • Challenge: Difficult to attract retailers due to fringe East Village location with heavy homeless population and overall lack of retail synergy.
  • Result: Project 66% leased prior to TCO and 100% under contract 4 months post completion. Tenants include Starbucks, The Boxing Club, Red Hat Coffee Roaster, Ale Tales, and Family Cleaners.
